SHIPPING POLICY

2.1          Please check the address information on your order. Make sure you have accurately inputted all of the information including address, apartment #, etc. needed to successfully deliver your package. Orders will be delivered via the carrier chosen by the customer at checkout to the address the customer has provided. If an address correction needs to be made after you have placed the order, please contact us on Hello@Faskuk.com

2.2          Orders are processed usually between 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will usually be processed from Monday. Once your package has been dispatched you will receive a notification with the tracking details. Orders will arrive within the delivery timeframe selected at the checkout.

2.3          If for any reason the courier is unable to deliver the Goods to your chosen delivery address, the courier will leave a note informing you that the Goods have been returned to our premises with instructions for arranging re-delivery.

2.4          We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and any delays by the courier.

2.5          If a shipment is returned to us due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

2.6          If a shipment is refused by a customer any additional courier charges will be responsible by the customer.

2.7          Ownership of the Goods passes to you once we have received payment in full of all sums due (including any applicable delivery charges).

3. International Customers

3.1          International Orders may be shipped via DHL or a similar International courier for more reliable and quick delivery. The cost of international shipping varies based on the weight of the package and the location. All shipping consignments are tracked and a tracking ID will be provided with the order. When using this service, there may be delays due to the destination country’s customs.

3.2          We are not responsible for paying any import duties in the customer’s jurisdiction where such duties are required.

3.3          We are not responsible for any delay in customs in the customer’s jurisdiction, the customer should ensure they can import in our products and no refunds will be given if customs seize or delay the process.

3.4  EU CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:
From July 1, 2021 as part of an agreed scheme between the UK and the EU. Orders worth over €22 but below €150 may be taxed at the border and may possibly incur a customs handling fee in the receiving country, these charges will vary from country to country, which the customer will be responsible for. This clause does not supersede 3.2.
